Who we are

This website, geniedigitallabs.in, is run by Genie Digital Labs LLP (LLPIN ADC-5096), a limited liability partnership registered in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India. For anything about your data, email info@geniedigitallabs.in.

What this site collects

• No accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
• The contact form doesn't send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with your brief filled in, and we receive only what you choose to send.
• If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Third parties

• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for how that request is handled.
• Our hosting provider may process IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply, to scope and quote your project, and to deliver any work we agree on. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation, any resulting contract, and our legal and tax obligations require, and delete it after that.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or to stop using it. Email info@geniedigitallabs.in and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Our products

MedhAI and Balanced Bowls are separate products with their own sites. Any privacy notice published on those sites applies when you use them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
